Your order is processed immediately upon receipt, so cancellation is not allowed.

No reimbursement will be made on a product unless it arrives damaged or misprinted, in this situation proof of damage or misprint via photos sent to us at contact@sweetsketches.com so we may have another product made for you.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods arrived damaged or misprinted

• A new product will be issued to you, after photo's are received

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
